During our recent trip to Palm Springs, of course we had to do a little food scouting. And we decided on Tinto-- a Basque style Tapas place by Iron Chef Jose Garces that's located in the newly refurbished (and extremely popular) Saguaro Hotel. Enjoy a selection of delicious sharing plates in an intimate setting with high tables and plenty of bar seating. We really enjoyed nibbling on their fantastic cheeses, accompanied by Jamon Serrano, as well as other classics like Gambas Al Ajillo (sauteed shrimp in garlic and lemon) and some lamb meatballs that were TO DIE for.
