Are you getting sick of all of these brunch posts? Because we're not! Brunch is the freaking best, and as long as restaurants in LA serve it, we will keep coming back for more. This weekend, we tried out the new brunch menu at The Gadarene Swine, and had a meal at the oh-so-trendy LA Chapter at the Ace Hotel.
1. The Gadarene Swine: We love coming back to The Gadarene Swine because Chef Phillip Frankland Lee is breaking all the rules. Not only did he create a restaurant that serves some of the most creative food we've ever tasted, but he also decided it would be vegan. And now he's serving brunch for only $7! Come for the buckwheat pancakes and try the veggie rice bowl. Make sure to try the open-faced "Peanut Butter and Jelly," which is homemade Sourdough bread crostinis with peanut butter, homemade jam, arugula, and pickled vegetables.
2. LA Chapter: At the trendy Ace Hotel Downtown, LA Chapter is the brunch spot for fashionistas and instagram celebs alike. Their all-day breakfast serves everything from house cured gravlax to avocado toast in a beautiful, 2-story setting.
