Finding time to workout is honestly one of the biggest hurdles to getting healthy. Setting aside the time to go to the gym or a fitness class can be a challenge, especially for those of us with busy, on-the-go lifestyles. So I partnered with Lisa Natale, one of my favorite spin instructors and certified personal trainer from BeatBike, to show you how to do a full-body workout that you can do everyday at home, even if all you have is 15 minutes.
