Last year, in an attempt to make resolutions I could actually keep, I set myself small, achievable goals that allow for incremental but lasting change. One of these was to find workouts that I actually enjoy and incorporate them into a more consistent and robust fitness routine. Though the idea of simply trying out classes and finding ones that I didn't hate doesn't seem like much of a stretch, I knew that it was an important place to start if a consistent fitness routine was to become habit. And after a year of exploring the city, experimenting, and making good use of that Classpass membership, I'm happy to report that this is one resolution I most definitely kept.
